Sign in with your email address and password. First time? You'll be prompted to set your own secure password.

Your home screen shows Total students, Today's attendance, Fees collected this month and Overdue invoices — plus monthly fee collection at a glance.

Click + Add student, fill in name, gender, date of birth, class and an emergency contact, then Add student. Each child gets a QR code for gate pickup.

Pick a class and date, then set each child to Present, Absent, Late or Medical — or use Auto-fill. Approved leave is applied automatically. Click Save attendance.

Under Finance, create an invoice with line items (or use Bulk invoice / Monthly billing for a whole class). Click Create invoice, then Send — parents get a payment link.

In Settings → School profile, find "Online payments (Billplz)". Paste your API Secret Key, Collection ID and X-Signature Key, then click Verify & activate. Done once.

Parents open Payments, tap Pay now, and pay by FPX or card. The invoice marks itself Paid automatically and a receipt is issued — no manual work for you.
