Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Set up your school, invite teachers and parents, and explore the full feature set. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
How do payments work, and where does the fee money go?+
Parents pay school fees online by FPX online banking or card, processed securely through Billplz. Fee payments are settled directly into your school's own bank account — Little Steps never holds your money. Your monthly Little Steps subscription is billed separately.
Is my data secure, and where is it hosted?+
Your data is hosted in Malaysia and isolated per school (multi-tenant with strict access controls). Connections are encrypted, access is role-based (admin, manager, teacher, parent), and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
Do you support multiple branches?+
Yes. Each subscription runs one branch — so for multiple branches you simply add a subscription per branch. Every branch keeps its own classes, staff and billing, and owners manage all their branches from a single login with our branch switcher and roll-up dashboard. Running several branches? Talk to us about Grove and volume pricing.
Are there mobile apps?+
Yes — Little Steps works in any browser on the web, and the Little Steps MY mobile app is available for iOS and Android for parents and teachers. Everything stays in sync across web and mobile.
We're switching from another system — can you help us migrate?+
Absolutely. You can import your student and class lists to get started fast, and our team will help you bring across your data. Grove plans include dedicated onboarding so your switch is smooth and disruption-free.
What support do you get?+
Every plan includes email support and a growing help centre. Higher tiers add priority response, and Grove customers get dedicated onboarding and a named contact. Reach us any time at support@littlesteps.com.my.
Can we change or cancel our plan later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or add storage at any time from your account. There are no long lock-in contracts; plans are billed monthly.
